kids yoga and mindfulness
In our modern world, it’s harder than ever for kids to find their center: a grounded space within that allows them to process their emotions, feel comfortable in their skin, and access their potential. Yoga is the tool that will connect them to this space.
It is my privilege to support toddlers, kids, teens, and young adults through day-to-day challenges and emotional trauma by teaching them how to use a yoga + mindfulness practice to work with their emotions and find a sense of peace and strength within. My goal with every young person is to help them become their full self, and to love that person for everything they are.
I love watching children’s faces light up when they realize the way a certain kind of breath can transform their perspective, or how conquering — or not — a challenging yoga pose is the perfect metaphor for working through life’s challenges.
