In our modern world, it’s harder than ever for kids to find their center: a grounded space within that allows them to process their emotions, feel comfortable in their skin, and access their potential. Yoga is the tool that will connect them to this space.

It is my privilege to support toddlers, kids, teens, and young adults through day-to-day challenges and emotional trauma by teaching them how to use a yoga + mindfulness practice to work with their emotions and find a sense of peace and strength within. My goal with every young person is to help them become their full self, and to love that person for everything they are.

I love watching children’s faces light up when they realize the way a certain kind of breath can transform their perspective, or how conquering — or not — a challenging yoga pose is the perfect metaphor for working through life’s challenges.

AGES 5 - 9

SUNDAYS 11 AM PT

A movement and mindfulness practice for kids to create body awareness and develop a toolkit to move through emotions and life experiences with confidence. I use play and imagination to make classic yoga & mindfulness principles accessible and fun for kids.

AGES 9 - 12

WEDNESDAYS 4 PM PT

A movement and mindfulness practice intended to help middle schoolers develop body awareness, understand the mind-feelings-body connection, and build self-confidence. I use my own unique combination of yoga, mindfulness practices and breath work to guide kids in learning how to move through emotions and life experiences with ease & confidence.
